"O local é lindo, em meio a natureza, de frente pro mar. O pessoal do hotel é super simpático, como levamos nossos cachorros e fizeram um pouco de barulho, ganhamos um upgrade da suite para uma casa que era um charme. O café da manhã também estava muito gostoso. Ainda houve uma festa junina no hotel com música e tudo. A estadia foi maravilhosa. Hotel nota 10. Amamos ficar e com certeza voltaremos!!!"

"The biggest problem with the hotel is there is no maid service. One towel for 6 days, no cleaning. I saw the maids in the hallway with a stack of fresh towels and took one, hysteria ensued. Turns out that's R$5. Give it to the front desk, not sure if it reached the right place. Hotels.com messaged me "Sorry but we just rent apartments in —- and Expedia. We dont have hotel services" A hotel without hotel services (and I didn't rent an apartment on Expedia). Also, the shower leaks badly....

"Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr bemüht, sprechen aber leider kein Englisch. Die Aircondioning in meinem Zimmer hat nur warme Luft geblasen und auch nach zwei Tage reklamieren keinerlei Bemühungen um das Gerät zu reparieren. Die Location ist top. Alle Bars am Strand sperren um 8pm und Restaurants in der Nähe scheinen um 10pm Schluss zu machen. Dafür gibt es aber an der Copacabana oder Stadteinwärts jede Menge Spaß"

"Our stay was amazing. The flats are very well kept, has everything you need. The pool was a great bonus too. Easy to get around and lots of local spots nearby. Opposite the beach. Communication with the team was impeccable - they gave great recommendations and helped us when we were stuck ob any issues! "

"No geral, tive uma ótima experiência no hotel. O quarto é confortável, a limpeza impecável e o pessoal do hotel é extremamente prestativo e atencioso. O café da manhã também é bom, com boas opções e um ambiente agradável.
A única situação que me deixou desconfortável foi relacionada ao atendimento via WhatsApp da flatperfeito.com. Solicitei um cobertor por conta do clima frio e a resposta que recebi foi em um tom um pouco crítico, como se eu não tivesse lido as normas expostas. Fizeram questão...

I didn’t like the small unlit sign at the road, the dirty driveway is in poor conditions, no visibility on top of the hill plus big potholes, the property sits at a steep angle to the ocean requiring big steps stairs to access the room or the pool. "

"Nice luxury hotel across from Copacabana beach. Splurge on a rooms with a balcony, the views are amazing and you can catch the sunrise.
The breakfast buffet was amazing too. Good selection of items and you can also order omelettes or eggs."
